What a night!!!!!

So my fiance and I were bored on a Saturday night so we figured we go for a little cruise around town. Well we were headed home and guess what pulls behind us! Yup the black and White, with there red and blue lights!!! Mind you we were NOT speeding, were not doing anything wrong! I swear on the bible. Well the stupid pig pulls up to our car and says "Licesnse and regestration" Paul says "May I ask what I did wrong" Stupid dick fuck pig says"Well first your car has too much over spray on it(which we found out when we got home it was just DIRT!!!)Second is that a STOCK exhaust?(Now when is it ilegal for your exhaust to not be stock, and mind you we have been pulled over plenty of times before, no other cop has mentioned our exhaust being illegal) Then the stupid dicks made Paul turn his car on and rev it up so they could make a video of how LOUD AND ILLEGAL IT IS!! So push comes to shove and then the cops says to Paul somewhere in the converstation that he could also give him a ticket for His Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial tires(also we ask the poor dick head pig nicely to read the tire and it states that they are street legal, of couse this did not make them happy and they refused to do it.) So my fiance says "fuck it then give me the ticket". Pig says "Are you serious"? Paul "Ya, you might as well" Pig says" Alright then! Sit tight!"

Ended up driving away with a ticket for:
$96.00 Tag- Imporper display/Obcured/Defaced(Painted over)
$96.00 Exhaust-IMPROPER
$96.00 Equipment violation-Unsafe, Fauty Equipment, Equippment Violation(s) FOUR BALD TIRED(Keep in mind they only looked at our back tires, not our front tires untill they WROTE AND HANDED PAUL THE TICKETS!!!)

Now I know that Cops do hard work, work that some of us are not willing to do. I respect COPS, NOT PIGS! They pulled us over for our tag which they could have given us a warning for, and been on our way. But no! They had to be fucking pigs!!! Just like the damn cop that gave us a ticket for "Sounding like we were speeding" Why don't you go find some real crime in Charlotte County.

Just show the tag as NOT being obscured in court, and the DOT number off the tires, as they are okay'ed by the Department of Transportation, and call the cat back manufaturer and have them send you something saying its 50 state legal. When the judge sees this he should just throw the damn thing out. Assholes.

Oh, then after its thrown out sue the PD for harrassment.

i do plan on taking this to court, im talking with a law firm on another fourm now. he didnt even use a decible meter for the exhaust he used a recorder of some sort and walked around the car standing 2 feet or less from it, not to metion the tires being to the wear bars they come brand new almost to the wear bars with 6/32 tread. and the tag thats just crazy, theres a big orange on it and he says he can read what state im from, common now be for real.

Wow, that's some total bull crap. I see you're from FL, and as far as I know there isn't a single law about non-stock exhaust, other than probably just volume. Though I would guess that if you have any cat-back other than a GMMG or loudmouth, you're way in the clear on that one!

And the other two are so easily fought it isn't even funny. It's the end of the month though, so they're out there trying to get all they can! (Yes, I know that PD's don't actually have quotas, but it doesn't change the fact that they do get payed based on 'crime' rates...)

I'm not sure about your state but I'm pretty sure here in OK that any type of aftermarket exhaust is illegal even if it is "50 state legal". You may not win that one in court. As for the rest of it, good luck.

Haha I got pulled over tonight too.

We were driving back from the cruise in somerset, ky andI I was behind my friend. Speed limit is 70, and we were going about 77. We were getting off the parkway and as we're getting off on the exit ramp I see blue lights. Damn...so I pull to the side and he passes me up. He drives a bit more and gets my friend. I go YAY :D and go to wait down at the gas station down the street and as I'm passing them the cop waves me down with the flashlight and makes me park in front of my friend. He gives us both a ticket for 82...wtf? and points out how he thinks my car is nice...It's my first ticket ever...the jerk couldn't give me a warning...instead he bumps up the speed by 5mph... I feel your pain :/

Most aftermarket exhausts are illegal.

The other 2 you should be able to get out of easily.

trust me when he brought the tickets to the car she was talking shit to the "pig" too, she doesnt mean all cops are pigs, i happen to know a few in this town and have known me since before i could crawl, alot of cops in this town are screwed up and just straight up dicks, there are a few good ones and thats it. but other then that shes just pissed and ranting thats what the louge is for. the cop could have written a warning for my tag haveing dirt an lil over spray that came off with a sponge IMO.
