i always just ran the little vw tires or what ever fit on a 15x4 wheel. thats always worked fine for me, but i was only trapping at 118.
anyone still use those types of tires at a higher mph?

Et fronts and I've had Sr mickey radial fronts. .. Both kick ass tire..
Moroso ds2 is another good one. .
Et fronts are by far the most popular
the ones you have last awhile when street driven? my car doesnt see a trailer unless its broke... so hopefully not often lol
If your wanting skinny and to street drive don't even bother getting anything other then a 26x6x15 mickey Thompson Sr radial. .. they last real good..
Et fronts and ds2 are gonna eat up super fast on the street
thats what i figured, the ones i've seen look soft as shit.
Ya that and they have no tread to begin with lol...
I am using a Nexen SB802, 165/80-15 87T (1200lb max load per tire) and have trapped at 128 mph multiple times. I'm pretty sure this isn't recommended by the manufacturer though! I'm looking into switching to a M/T front tire.
yeah the ones i have on there now probably have a speed rating of 75 lol
