Where's a good place to get a tuner or software for a tuner and all that stuff I had a buddy do a small tune but he's currently deployed over seas so I have no access to the tuner does this mean my PCM is locked to that tuner?

Tuner cats. You can get a free 30 trial. That's is fully usable during the time. And licence is cheap. Can also get cable through them

And I would just get ahold of PCMforless or Solomon ad tell them what I have then pay them and they email me the tune correct?
And my luck I have a 96 so I have to get a different one lol

Most guys convert over to obd 1. In the long run, its cheaper
Yeah don't want to do that I'm in Texas state inspections would be difficult even though I do them
Oh I'm sorry, didn't think of emissions. I live in one of the most f'd up states in the Union. We don't do emissions, while most states do. We don't do concealed carry either, while most states do.
