So, I'm putting a set of the stepped kooks headers on my 93 and they are the headers that have the emissions hook-ups all welded in and the A.I.R. injection bungs are different from what my manifolds had (I need to stay emissions legal, thanks Colorado!) Anyway, do any of you know where I can put my hands on some adaptors or the check/one-way valves for this type of connection? http://i.imgur.com/qDP2tsc.jpg?3
Looks like the usual fitting for most air injection ports I've seen. I believe its just a single flare and an AN style tube nut like this for example http://www.summitracing.com/parts/su...b/media/images. If your pipe is the same size you might be able to just flare it and get the appropriate nut and thread of course to SAE or metric sizes not AN
im using the factory tubes that connect to the kooks headers,took off the one way valves and capped them off.

I need to find something that will allow me to hook my air injection back up to the pump.
96-97 AIR tubes bolt right up. Adapting those check valves to your system with some heater hose would probably be the best bet.
A better way to cap them off is a simple brass cap.Quote:

My 96 caprice has the exact same one way valves as my 93 formula.
Oh I look at the picture again, the tube is where the difference is, got it.
Are the headers mounted up yet?
Yes, now I'm trying to figure out the remote oil filter mounting.
