After ALOT of searching I found a CHEAP Intake Elbow for LT1's!

My stock elbow is torn up, and I dont have the money for a 1LE or Trickflow, so this will do just fine.

I can not take credit for it though, R3DLT1 is the one who found it.

Also, I just ordered mine, so when it gets here I will post up my own pics.

ITs not a bad idea... eliminates the need for silicone pieces to attach it...

Id be concerned that it would collapse with heat tho...

I dont think its gonna melt on you or anything.... so dont worry.

I think its a neat idea, and I dont know how much strength it has to keep its shape....

Give it a try... worst case scenario.... it doesnt work..... Best case scenario it does work and only cost you 20 bucks.

I use that stuff all over. I wouldn't worry about heat, I made metal radiator "hoses" and used those as couplers. Works great. They're pretty thick, I don't think they'd collapse. Good idea.

I made the CAI on my truck with a piece just like that, it has worked great for almost 2 years of DD all year long. If your TB or intake air gets over 300 degrees you got issues! They have great prices and quality products, I made my 4" CAI for my car from all their parts. They have good prices on mandrel bent polished aluminum tubing too.
