Hoping for 12s
Well i know that this thread is no where near as exciting as some of the others on here but this should be quite a feat considering what is done to my car. Memphis Motorsports Park is having a test and tune on Saturday morning. The mods to my car are:
1.6 comp cam roller tips rockers
Comp cam chromoly 1 piece pushrods
Moroso CAI with K&N filter (which needs to be clean)
Aluminum elbow
TB bypass
Pacesetter LT headers with custom xpipe that dumps at the rear end through Dynomax Bullet mufflers (2.5")
Midwest 3000 stall converter
3.73 gears
PCMforless tune
and the only weigh reduction is no spare tire and skinnys on the front
255/50r16 MT et streets on the rear for the traction
I am hoping for a 12.96 or better :metal: There should be video taken and when there they are post i will post them on here.

You might have a pretty good shot if you can get off the line hard. Best of luck with it!
-
I don't think you'll have a problem getting there... good luck!
-
i strongly feel you will get into the 12s, A4s w/stalls run killer 60' times and with your mod list it should carry you the rest of the way..:peace2:
temperature
relative humidity
std. altitude
barometric pressure
density altitude

Stall, gears, and LT's do major justice! I can see this happening easily.

It could be done!!!!! Your 1/8 with street tires isnt too far off already!
-
Thanks everyone we will know for sure on Saturday. I should be in the 12s but ya never know
-
Well I got it but not by much!
60'=1.797
1/8=8.25
1/4=12.98
mph=104.38
Started to pick up a miss right before this pass then ran one more pass at a 13.22 at 103. On the way home the miss got worse. Time to check the plugs and wires and all that good stuff. There was a pretty strong head wind but all in all the weather was pretty good. It was 60* about 10 mph winds clear skys and i have not idea any of the other weather stuff. LOL Time for some weight reduction and more power and will hit it with some spray and hope for 11s for next spring.
