I fish as often as I can which isn't much. Mostly just bass fishing. Recently started striper fishing in the lakes close to me been catching some small ones. A friend has us signed up for a striped bass tournament in South Carolina it'll be my first tournament fishing for a fish I never even caught up until last month

The boat we were in was sweet. Boston Whaler 315 Conquest with twin Mercury 300hp Verados. About $270,000.
Got a huge Steelhead today. 31" and probably 11-12lbs.

Went out on my friends boat yesterday. We got 28 between 3 of us. Mainly Lake Trout but a few Steelhead and a Brown Trout.

Fished my/our first tournament Saturday on lake Murray in SC. Our 5th time striper fishing we caught 6 striper and a large mouth finished 28th out of 78 amateur boats.
Dude that is awesome! I've been telling a few friends of mine to enter some tournaments, but they won't :(
It changes it from a day on the lake relaxing to frustrating trying to win but in the end it's cool
