I don't have shit for pictures, lol. I'm not camera shy, I just don't take any "selfies". I haven't lifted hard in over a year. Mostly I go in once or twice a week now (if that). I have too many hobbies/distractions going on at the moment, and I really don't like to go to the gym unless I can commit myself 100% to training/eating/supplementation. I just know i'm selling myself short, so I don't bother unless I can do it right. I read this thread and it amuses the shit out of me, lol. All this hardcore music talk doesn't make you lift any better. Arnold never listened to music. "I'm the baddest motherfucker in the gym 'cause I listen to rare metal RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRR". Nobody cares what you listen to, trust me. One of the most annoying things in a gym is some retard blasting music in his headphones so loud that people 30ft away can hear it.
Anyways, I'm a classic Ecto. Tall, lean, very low bodyfat. I can eat just about anything I want and not put on fat. That's why you'll never hear me giving nutrition advice. What works for me probably won't work for you. I need around 4400-4600 calories, and 250g of protein to put on size. I put on GOOD size though. No water, no fat retention. Takes me about 2-3 months to go from 180/185 up to 205ish. I've been up near 210, but I was at my strongest when I was 198. Benched 365 at 198, and benched 385 at 207. My arms are a mile long so the benching doesn't come naturally. My best deadlift was 455 or something, never squatted. My knees are bad, and my family has a history of it.
