Thanks all... I was stoked...

Clearly his cage has been rattled...he is picking on anything he can with anyobe he can ... He even told me to take down my definition of ASKHOLE that has been up for two months...because "someone complained....

We are a small pd...there has only been three of us back here since yesterday.

Here is whats cool... There will be no hearing for the people deposed...these depositions are recorded by the court stenographer...and are submitted to the court as the testimony.
