try putting the gas peddle to the floor and holding it and cranking. That will shut off the injectors in case they are dumping fuel.

Do you have the PCM temperature sensor hooked up correctly? If the PCM's temp sensor is incorrect the PCM will literally dump fuel.
which is the pcm temp sensor? also the icm test showed there may be a break somewhere in the wire.
The sensor on the water pump is for the pcm.

The harness I bought is jenky as shit. I would not he surprized if its trash. If it comes down to.it I'm going to pull it and strip it to check for broken wires.
