Pretty cool video^... I'm down to 180lbs from 220 @ 6'2"... I honestly don't have any Weight to lose other then a lb or 2 from my lower abs.. got all my upper abs. Lowers are a bastard.

I've been on a good pre with bcaa a couple times a day with afterglow for a post and carnivore for a protein and creacore as well.. Snm what supplements are you on? Or better yet any thing you could suggest for cutting?

If the question is directed at me, I have no idea what supplements would be good. I don't do them. I just eat, pick things up and put them down. Perhaps Man-Crush has some ideas...
try doing some cardio 1st thing in the morning prior to eating.
back in the day that helped me drop my last few lbs.
