Thanks. I'm curious to see how the added boost is going to respond with E85. It was 100 degrees and humidity was quite high. Temp have started dropin some so It did ok for that day with issues. I got everything finished and fixed as far as leaks go so I'll be finding out just how much more psi it will do. I don't have a set date when I'm going back for retuning but it won't be long now. How's the T/A holding up?

Yup. I took it apart and put sealant on the throttle linkage end and made an aluminum spacer for the tps sensor side and added sealant. No More leaks.

Very nice. TA is still running well. I've been taking it out about once a week if the weather is good. My annual track rental is coming up in November so I've finally pulled the trigger on a set of 28" slicks. Hopefully the little tweaks will net better times.

Well as much as I really liked the cam I had in, I just wanted something that had a lot more chop to it. So I called Lloyd and got me a custom grind cam on the way. I also had some other issues that I'll show a picture of for anyone who is running the 24x connection kit, just to give the heads up.

This cam is a lot more nicer machine finish than the comp cam that was in it. The lobe surface areas are wider and the bearing surface area are wider as well aND overall grinding finish looks better.

Here was my problem. The cam reluctor was grinding the inside cam sensor plate and I was getting a check engine light because metal debris. It was also hard to start at times and I was confused what to look for. But once seeing all that junk, I know that has to be my problem. So I'm going to trim the inside just enough so it won't do this again or later on for that matter.

Awesome! I hope I can get this finished so I can actually put some decent drive time on this thing and start to enjoy it a little. I want to get it setup with slicks and for drag at some point but you know how it goes, "it never ends". You Gotta let us know how new setup does.

I recall I had a similar issue on mine but it was minimal. Guess I got lucky.

Sounds like you are going for the gold with the cam. I have a Lunati in mine now and so far so good. The prior cam was a bullet grind.

I will let everyone know how the car does at the track. I normally race it at the end of the season since the weather is good and if it breaks...I have all winter to mess with it. Fingers crossed.

Right on man!

Got the car running few nights ago. Car sounds much better!! I ran into a big issue that was my fault. The ARP crankshaft bolt snapped off while trying to remove it. Took me three days but I got it out with no damage to crank. It was a fight to get out. Anyways got it fired up and had camshaft reading problems real bad (code po342) wouldn't start when hot and backfire a lot. Well read cam data feedback and noticed signals where at zero and so I started moving my harness around and then noticed cam signal started to read on and off. Yup, sure enough went to unplug the cam sensor connector next to the valve cover and the pin just broke apart. Fixed it and runs great now. 17 year old harness so now I'm just thinking of just getting a whole new engine harness to start fresh with. All that's left is few adjustments, and do a final boost leak test, and retuning should be eight around the corner.

Truly inspiring, and the color. You have a nice set up there.

When do we get to see the whole thing?!?!?!
