The requirement is only like 15 minutes so I'm way past that. My only dilemma now is that at my last job, even when I was faster I would still get ouran by shoplifters on occasion, however what if I catch them and then I'm too weak to gain control of them. Hmm I think I'll be happy staying at this speed and just trying to get stronger.

Just completed my first week of getting back into working out and trying to eat healthy. My wife is doing everything with me, so we're pushing each other to stick with it and push harder. I already feel much better than I did last week today. More energy throughout the day, easier to get up and get moving in the morning, my lower back isn't hurting all the time as much. We're focusing on full body exercises trying to burn fat ASAP, I want to get back to my college size. Took before pics so I can see how much progress I'll make over the next 6 months.
