IF anyone is into veggie stuff, Morning Star has some pretty good things like chicken patties/hamburger-griller patties, veggie bacon and sausage. Doesn't taste too bad if you don't care what you eat. Has a decent amount of protein as well.

@Miss Popo8 eats all those things....
I lifted over the weekend and improved on pretty much every exercise. I also ran a mile and a half today. My mile is still at 6:57 and mile and a half is at 11:02 down from a 13:00. I also didn't get as tired as the last time I ran that much. Only bad thing is I'm down to 160 lbs. I don't want to lose any more weight.
Did a easy 525 dead today, pretty awesome to hit considering I am working with a 1RM of "550"
IMO lighten up on your cardio. I haven't tried it, but I have read a lot of opinions regarding cardio and lifting and the overwhelming consensus is running long distances takes up too much energy for those trying to gain weight. The suggestions for those who want to run is to run short and intense sprints for about 10 minutes before working out.
Richard says you are sexy beast.

LTXtech.com is my DRUG!
I wish I could do less cardio. I'm getting ready for the sheriff's academy that's coming up.
What's your 1.5mi requirement?
Well...I am passed my goal of 30 pounds...only took about 6 weeks, and as far as I'm concerned I'll keep doing what I'm doing (as unhealthy as it is) until I get where I really want to be.
