Did the fastest silly bench workout ever yesterday, guess at the least I got a sweet pump yo.
Becoming addicted to chin ups and pull ups though.
Still at 165 but lifting heavier. Got rid of a lot of belly fat and can actually do sit ups for days now. My mile is also down to a 6:57 from a 7:30 a month ago.
Thats a fast mile man...

Couple more weeks to go, feeling good
Two years ago I started at 267 with a 43" waste. Today I'm down to 240 with a 38" waste. I think a good target weight would be 215. I'll shoot for 220 and see what happens. If that's the case then will pour on the calories for vigorous strength training. The best thing about this is I haven't lost any strength in doing so. It's taken forever to lose the weight, but I think I'd rather go this route than to lose fat quickly, sacrifice strength and then have to try and regain. Changes have been so gradual so no one has really noticed.
