Done for the year? Go buy a bumper cover for $30 at the yard, you can at least enjoy the car for a couple months before the shit weather/roads plague PA.

Working with plastics is a PITA, but at least they bend (unlike fiberglass, etc). I have used a heat gun on low heat and straps to help reshape/remold pieces. It doesn't work so well with stretching, but plastics in general are a PITA and require magic to get right. I'm sure with enough fiberglass, you could make anything work.
well, bumpers are cut. rough shape works out except one big issue. the pointed look of the stock bumper is about 2" further out than the zr1 bumper which doesn't have a point. when you bend down the stock point to be flush the car gets very dodge avenger (90's style).
If I extend the zr1 lower bumper out I would have the top further out than the bottom, which would look funny
