Hmm, so I guess the judge can't really do anything more than say that they have to do it, but has no real enforcing power?
Ive documented everything since day one...done what i was supposed to do...never lied...lever bs'd...did my job 100%

o________o jesus christ that's a lot of paperwork. I really feel for you man, I don't even know what I'd do if I were in your position. :(
Im a bit of an OCD organizer... I have everything from the police report I did the night I got hurt... right up to the receipt for every script I had written... you name it... I documented it.
Those binders are a prosecuting attorneys dream come true. I think at this point the twp attorneys know they are going to loose but they are going to do everything they can to stall and put you through as much BS as possible, the more of a financial bind you are in the more likely you will take the slap in the face offer to settle out of court. They want no part of anyone (whether a judge or jury of your peers) deciding a settlement amount but them. Hang in there, get your day in court and let your voice be heard. You will prevail.
Had a bit of an epiphany these last few days.
Time for plan B
