it's in and running. longer post tomorrow, I'm shot. we broke the trans cooler by accident and it sprayed trans fluid thru the whole nose of the car lol. I still need to bleed brakes, change oil, replace rad/fans/trans cooler and button up some small stuff. i will still need to do springs but that can be done in garage in the warmth now that it runs. i broke the shifter cable too ugh.

Sounds great, your lil girl seems very excited. When will she be old enough to get a drivers license?
Nolan
worked on it today trying to button it up, but my back has been jacked for 2 weeks and was slow moving today.
we got the cooling system nearly buttoned up, just needs to be topped off, ewp installed, wired to air pump relay. stock rad and fans back in, new trans cooler plumbed in, brakes bled. i modified the shifter arm for a 10mm ball stud to use a 96+ shifter cable since thats all that is now available, the 6mm 94-95 cables are hard to find even used.
ran it a bit, then had to rip the passenger valve-cover off due to a rocker noise that got nasty out of nowhere, but cant see anything wrong. not sure why the rockers arent passing a ton of oil up to the top like they should (except #2 exhaust, flows really good, this happened with 2 sets of lifters now, starting to think rockers).
put it back together and it sounds better, but i want to drive it around the neighborhood a little then check the lash again.
it sounds decent on vid. i added 2.5% fuel in the little tuning time i did so far, and the blms shifted 5 points richer, but they are still in the upper 140's so i have some work to do. really dislike this old hooker aerochamber exhaust, sounds very 1999 lol.

Sounds Nastay. Has an old glasspack type rap to it. LOL
Oh, I forgot to mention.... You did rewire the air pump relay feed and control circuit to operate your EWP, correct? I'm sure you did but FWIW to future readers of this thread, that feed is hot all the time to the relay common and one side of the coil. The opposite side of the coil is a ground supplied by the PCM just during engine warm up then it shuts off.
Nolan
That's nearly the same way I did mine. But, the fan circuit isn't switched on the 96 and 97, not sure about the LS 4th gens. Up to 95 the had a low fan and a high fan. 96 up had a third relay to make a parallel or a series circuit to the fan motors for low and high speed. (with the fan motors in series they run at half speed for low).
My original air pump fuse holder melted due to some bad connections by the PO, so I ran a new fused power feed from the battery power stud.
Nolan
the car has the 3 relay architecture, the difference is 96-97 the fan relay coil side is constant hot not keyed hot. called out in the diagrams.
the breakout year is midway thru 94. the camaro is a late 94 production with 3 relay fans, and the firebird and osies car are early 2 relay fans. all 95 are 3 relay (or they should be)
I have all 3 cars electric water pumps wired the same way. never had an issue
