So when the car runs with the odb1 and tune I sent you, it runs just fine and drives good? Then after restart it wont run? If that is the case it isnt tune related. You do have the 94-95 knock sensor in the car correct?

yes it has a brand new knock sensor for a 94- 95 .. yes WHEN it decides to start it, runs and drives great with the tune . but when i shut it off , who knows when it will restart . only codes i get after a run with the OBD1 IS 18-Injectors /33 MAP signal high/low /77 coolant fan -mine are wired direct .
So it wont fire and code 18. That is the injector code set after 4 seconds. If no injector fires on #1 then car wont start. Check the plug to the injector on #1. Make sure it is seated good and no corrosion. After that grab a volt meter and check each injector unpluged for 12 ohms. If that is good then I would measure each power wire to the injector plugged in for 12 volts. Should be a pink wire on each injector.
Ahh code 18. Sneaky little thing, it won't set an ses light. Also check your wiring harness for cracks in the insulation where they go into the connector. Very common problem with these card as the harness is puller very tight in that area.
Just curious as to why u didn't want to just fine tune the obd2 set up rather than convert to obd1.
Just an LTXtech addict
13 ohms and 12 volts at all my injectors and I tightened all the metal clips before putting them back on, still nothing. I had checked for ground pulse at #1 before and had it. The car is firing and with the Msd will knock you down at the #1 plug wire, while rolling over.
The car tries to start sometimes, but it goes vroom then dies. I thought for sure that would be the problem, but still nothing.
Do you have a noid light to check injector pulses? That is the next step.
