Well, things are back to a stand still due to an unforeseen major expense in my near future . I do have the engine buttoned all buttoned up (except for intake). I'm still in the process of modifying the stock valve covers to clear the pro mags.

On Wednesday, I also was able to finally push her out into the sunlight and pressure wash and sand the engine bay. I also cleaned up the set of factory TA wheels while i was already soaked. Here is a pic after I cleaned up for the day sporting the new hood. Don't mind the horrible over spray on the air dam, that's gonna get fixed too before reassembly.

Thursday was a hell of a day, I heard what sounded like a leak in my downstairs bathroom. A quick inspection showed that my sink drain had been broken sometime ago under the bathroom addition causing damage to the sub floor of the bathroom. To reach any of the plumbing the floor has to be pulled due to lack of a crawl space. So needless to say my entire bathroom has to be gutted and remodeled along with laying a proper footer cause im only going in once.
I was able to escape to the garage that night and lay down primer in the engine bay. Now to just get the dryer set up on my air compressor so I can spray the engine bay black.

Ended up picking up a set of lightly used Pacesetter Long tubes on Fathers day from a friends brother and found a 1LE elbow at the local JY.
Also, I guess it's a build but I started my bathroom remodel's on Friday and yes, remodel was plural. So in order for me to take my time and rebuild the entire downstairs bath, the plan was to do a quick make over upstairs by removing the old bathtub, install a standing shower, vanity and toilet. WRONG!!! and the old house bit me in the ass. To remove the bathtub, it took 4 guys using 4-5 foot prybars and halligan tools to pull this thing from its resting place for the last 81 years and bring it down a flight of stairs. I also discovered I will be replacing the entire floor and plumbing as well as installing drywall. Ughh...but on a neat turn of events we found that they used newspaper to cover the floor under the bath tub. We were able to save 6 pages from May 4th, 1932. Here's 2 of the clipping I found cool:
I think they'e on to me...

This weekend was a wash due to the Firefly Festival. In 3 days I put in over 40hrs. I'm going down and pulling all of the T56 swap parts from the car except the trans. I drove a friends 98 Formula and didn't completely understand my feelings on how I much I missed a 6 speed.
