Update .... update

So after spending half an hour on the phone with MSD products and troubleshooting why I have no spark we were able to definitively say my magnetic pick up has failed

$30 and it should fire over

So I got the magnetic pickup changed then had this issue

But thinking about it I realized I paint a new distributor cap with a metallic based paint so my spark was arcing down to the distributor base taking the path of least resistance.
