What plugs and gap?
Wow. I wouldn't have thought you'd need that small of a gap. Although I had mine (on my Vette) at .028 and it was blowing out, tuner took them down to .024 to get it stable at 17 PSI. Granted that's at over 900 RWHP, moving significantly more air. You could take the gap down some and see how it reacts. You running an OEM or aftermarket coil?
when the initial issue arose, it had an msd blaster coil. we put a new delco stocker on and it moved higher in the rpm range. now we have a msd digital 6 with the msd coil, and its still there
what i am seeing on the logs is the pcm voltage reading dropping over a run, by 3rd gear voltage is reading 11.5v.
car has upgraded battery cables, paperformance 200 amp alternator, new optima battery. the alternator is hot as hell all the time, and seeing weird voltage movement at idle now too. Moe had said something way back in 2013 about the pcm reading low voltage, but we upgraded all that stuff back then and its still showing up. not sure what to do.
i know the bkr6e is a projected tip plug, i wonder if switching to a br7ef would help
