The facebook page "the science of eating" has asked me to do a feature bio for my journey from 469 to where I am today. I accepted but I'm waiting a few more weeks to do it..I want to look as good as possible..I guess coming from being 469.. Anything looks better than that...lmao..
How far did you come from 469?
All the way down to 265 and then I started bulking..I currently am at 294.
