Night and day. We switched to hevi 13 as well. I would personally probobly take a 60 yard shot with the combo. It's only a 3 inch 26 inch barrel as well.
It was a 30 35 yard gun before. It beats my Mossberg 535 shooting 3.5s factory full choke at 40- 45 yards.
Not to say its better than the 535 just better with a lighter slower moving load at that range.
Interesting, I run the full invector and it patterns decent at ~40yards with 00 3.5
buck to turkey shot is apples to oranges. If hunting with the buck i know Indian creek offers predator chokes. They turn that "i dunno" shot into "I can gi-ter" shot.Quote:

Have both an an enhanced and standard. They are both great bang for the buck 1911s.
Really torn on trading in the 30S for a 23. I know if I go look at it I'll buy it and have both, so...
