Saw on the news, one death confirmed in OK after the storm...
Went to the tail of the dragon and wilksboro abandoned speedway yesterday.
Anyone who hasn't been to the dragon, its a blast, like a deadly racetrack in the miuntains ha.
Thats pretty neat. Ive seen shows on that "road."
I would say its one of my favorite places now and I will definetly return. If you want to play, all you have to do is wait at either end for someone that looks like a challenge. Ha
We drove about 10 hours round trip plus a couple hours or so there, and I'm sure we will do it again.
The view from the top is amazing and pictures don't do it justice, this one is really only half of the view.
They also have groups that sit on the side and take high res pictures, then sell them online at certain sites associated with tail of the dragon.
Anyway, it was fun, well worth the trip for people close.
