Update: after a while of fiddling around with the Ventura, I deduced that it was the MAF sensor. Unplugged it, took it for a ride around the corner, and scared the absolute hell out of myself when I floored it. She runs better than ever, so I guess that's a sign she'll need a new sensor before too long.
