Here's what I've got. Note steering isn't hooked up and this is on factory motor mounts.
The only spot it looks like I will have to modify is the passenger heat shield. That could also be caused by the motor mounts or not having a transmission lol @LPP
Definitely looks like the back of the engine needs to come down after the trans is installed again. Clearances look good otherwise tho!
Yeah, the angle of the back of the motor will drop once the tranny is installed, and that will move the collectors down a hair...I bet nothing needs to be done to that heat shield. Looks good!!!
That's a good point -- you really won't know what clearance you have until you 1) have the transmission installed and bolted into place and 2) you have the y-pipe installed and connected to the rest of your exhaust. I was able to create and remove clearance simply by adjusting how the y-pipe connected to the intermediate pipe in my exhaust.Quote:

Ok my manufacture is not very happy with me right now.
They made three test sets of the headers and then made another set in satin finish just to do some adjustments to the jigs.
And so far I can not really give them any useful feedback.
MeanTA did install them right away and gave some good feedback but I still have only gotten two pics.
Manbearpig did install them and provide a lot of pics but they are in a incomplete car and my manufacture didn't like that very much:(
It's basically just an engine sitting in the car and nothing hooked up. I pretty much got bitched out when I showed them those pictures.
So black heartbeat if you provide the same kind of pictures they won't help much.
Our manufacture wants to see pictures of them installed in a completed car that can be taken out on the road and driven.
I guess I should have been a lot more specific about what our manufacture wanted to see.
So this is just going to further delay things:(
If you'll make another set I'll pull the jet-hots off the camaro in my sig and install yours. I can get them installed in a weekend and provide pics.
After today. I will have a 3 day stretch off work. I will get out there and get some pics to you by Monday at latest.
Ill have them installed and on the road a week after i get them LPP.
