Thanks guys, and it's not bc of lying or cheating it's bc she blatently does things I tell her not to, I have tried to work things out time an time again and shit never changes she don't have a job and everytime I get paid she thinks she has free reign on the money, and she flips shit over everything, I have no more feelings for her the only reason I'm still with her is for my boys but I have decided it's not worth being unhappy or miserable, I tired of being taken for granite

Ok I it went Better than expected I told her she has two months to change and that if there is any throwing a fit or if things don't change or we get Into a fight that it would be over, and I told her that we need to be adults about this and the boys don't need to see all the fighting and she said ok, so I guess we will see what happens,


I'm sorry for putting this kind of thing on here but I know there are ppl on here that have gone through or similar to what I'm experiencing thanks for all te support guys, once again this is why I love this community

Casey, I hate to put my dirty laundry out here too but there is a lot of support here. I have had a hell of a year, and though I am not considering divorce, I have had a similar struggle with my wife since she lost her job. We are both stressed and there has been a lot of fighting. A lot of it over her wanting to do what she wants to do come hell or high water. All I can say is be good to each other the best you can over the next 2 months. It is a 2 way street son if you feel like you are going to pop, take a breath and count to 10. My situation is getting better. It takes time and patience with each other. We both see a counsler and it helps, but until my wife is working and the other stuff with her previous employer is over, the stress is still there. My 2 boys see it and I hate that they do. My thoughts are with you man..

They are plenty of people here to talk to brother. With all the other forum BS the last few weeks, this is a serious issue and you should feel like you can talk to us here.

I agree it was the right thing to present her with how you feel and letting her know you are not going to do this in front your boys. They are what matters, and it's good to see a dad step up to put them first!

I can sympathize... my ex wrecked my truck and then cleaned out 30k while I was deployed then screwed her ex fiancee then decided she was lesbian. She never worked a day either. I say its good u approach her calmly now and put her on notice. I wish u all the best and keep ur kids priority one.

Sorry that you're dealing with all this. I understand what your going through. I wasn't married or had a kid. But went through this with my ex that I was engaged to.

Like you said put the kids first. As you know they are the most important as you work this out.

We all may be greasy gear heads. But we are also a tight knit group. And we're here for you to vent.

Thanks guys sooo much, the other day I got really depressed to the point to where I started thinking of suicide but I have a straight head and strong will power and reminded myself that I will be hurting more ppl than myself and my boys popped in my head and that changed my thinking real quick
