Ok... so Im going with the matte "highlighter" orange color. As I mentioned before, the roof and sail panel and maybe the mirrors will be wrapped in the "true cf."
With that being done and the windows will be BLACK, I will achieve the "canopy" look.
My question is... should I leave the TT2s polished, or go black.

I like look of the TT2s polished. If it was a different style wheel like whats on the vett I would say black.
I hate polished/chrome,so glossy black.
With the orange, I would go black on the wheels. I generally like polished over black but not so much with an orange car.

Definitely black wheels with that orange. Never seen some black tt2's though. I say dip em and try!
