Well, grabbed the mail today....
The Attorney for the Insurance company is PETITIONING the courts to suspend my benefits... meaning they no longer want to take care of me... They are citing FULL RECOVERY and RETURN TO WORK..... neither of which is true, but just goes to show how much the insurance agent is fukn me, and not documenting all of the things that are currently going on... or the fact that although I am at work, I am not functioning in a full duty capacity.....
So let the litigation and fighting begin.... just in time to ruin all the holidays...... yay.

GUess I gotta go for the ride and hope the system works... Im not faking...we tried everything, and finally found the damage (or what we believe to be the damage).... Im a cop , not a doc... so i should not be the one penalized for not finding it sooner.....

Damn Larry, they are really putting the screws to you. I'm really sorry to hear about this. It just outrages me to no end seeing how certain people treat the men and women who put their life on the line everyday like this. To add to it all , the other day when I was at work, messing with the in car electronics at the Chief's order... I hurt myself bending over and reaching in the trunk.... Im still couch ridden, and medicating.....
