Oh except you have to cut or break off a tab in the bottom of the console. 93-96 brackets don't have the hole for it to go it. They are much nicer and rattle free

Actually no. The dash is different. Compare the dash pad out of a 93-96 had a point about the vents 97-00 has a curve and 01-02 is ebony instead if charcoal. The hvac is different it has lighted knobs where 93-96 don't or atleast my two cars didn't. Also 97-02 has a digital odometer.
