And the fact that the car was not physically inspected for a cat makes it too damn bad for them. It is illegal not to have a cat/egr/air equipment on the car but they once again need to prove it.

To be honest I would not bring a video into court because the sound of it could sway a judge against you. Let the cop use his video and then argue that it doesn't matter what the car sounds like, as his video proves nothing and the proper procedure in obtaining the decibels was not taken and therefor the evidence has no validity

awesome thank you for all ur great knowlege and information... i greatly appreciate it... i cleaned the tag off took 2 mins, they have no proof of my exhaust being loud, hope i get outta those, the tires could be a problem need to get them measured since they are to the wear bars.

Put new tires on it ;) then you'll have some spares

im working on that lol trying to find a spare set of ws6 wheels or just some chrome 17s that look decent.

yeaa DEFINITELY don't use those videos.. the camera's mic makes it worse because it distorts the sound and makes it even louder

yea i had intentions of using them, till i listend to them my self lol, still in person it dont seem that loud. i wonder what the video the cop has sounds like (his dash cam) the one he wants to use lol.

Yeah. I never had been pulled over before untill I moved to florida, I was even driving sense I was 14, and got stuck in the snow once and a cop helped get out. Not here though...Dicks all around...from what ive seen...One though was pretty nice. I was doing 85 in a 55 let me go with a warning and said i was doing 75 in a 55, or else i guess from what he said he woulda had to take me to jail...:(

Yeah I don't think we should use them, and to be honest the cops should be dismissed because they didn't use proper equipment...

This leads me to believe that the cop also needs a sound clip of stock exhaust.
