As of right now this is only 2.8300" tall. Still needs a midplate so figure 1" max there. A W175AX (2.9L Whipple) adds another 5.059". Max realistic height 8.9" bottom of the intake manifold to top of a whipple. Add a few inches for an intercooler (mounted to the bottom of a midplate).

The renderings are rough for right now, but easily show it is possible within the dimensions given above.

As far as material.... 3.5" thick, 22" long and 11" wide. 6061 T6 aluminum as of today that's $534.82 (might not be the cheapest quote available) before it even touches the machine, starting weight 83lbs. That doesn't include the midplate to mount the supercharger.

Got an idea, opti cover for those who do an LTCC/Delteq or similar conversion.

You could even engrave the front to put a logo or something like "opti goes here"

Ever battled with machining castings before? It wouldn't save any money by the time setup costs were involved. Especially doing 1 at a time

I will need a crank pulley spacer for my procharger eventually. Using an ATI balancer, and believe it is not the same. Anyone have experience with this?

correct, neither is a fluidampr. but fyi ati makes a one piece procharger balancer for lt1, brutespeed sells it

Id be in for a low mount alternator bracket, that keeps powersteering, with no A/C.
