I didn't. I would guess about 6 pounds or so.
I did it for the extra room to tighten/loosen header bolts and stuff and so it looks better.
Figured since I deleted everything else I might as well delete that evap box and stuff.

Here's the whole thing.
I'm waiting to put it back in and put my dash back in, until I get the battery cable ran through the firewall (I'm relocating my battery to the trunk) and get the wires organized on the passenger side. Since I took the headers out, now is a good time to run the wires neatly. There's actually some room now.

Getting ready to put the engine and tranny back in. Here's another pic of the delete plate, with the flat black paint in the engine bay. This project went stagnant, after I lost the only woman I have ever loved, in October of 2013. She was my wife, of 12 years. Losing her fucked me all up. It feels pretty good to get going on my Formula makeover project again.
This fucker will haul ass, when I'm done with it.
I can't remember if the harness goes over or under the fuckin' heater hoses.
Anyway, here's the pic.

Jesus Christ OP. My utmost and sincere condolences for your loss. The car is looking great tho. I hope you keep up the good work!
Thank you guys. I'm determined to finish the car. I've been trying to organize all my crap that has been stacked and in boxes, for the last year and a half. Drives me nuts.
It feels good to have my interest back!! I hope you guys check out my link, from LS1LT1 forums.
Here's the "makeover" link: http://www.ls1lt1.com/forum/project-...-overhaul.html
I have a thread I started here, with the suspension mods:

I don't have the energy to post all my pictures and stuff on here, to make a whole big thread.
I'm really wanting to swap the T/A hatch onto the car and get it the heck out of my way. You can see where it is leaning against the wall, in front of the car. I'm sick of it being there. It seems that swapping the hatch would be a 3 man job.
I also have the T/A side skirts, front bumper and rear bumper. I'm going to do the CETA rear (the bottom part of the rear bumper is painted black). I have polished stainless steel 4" dual tips for each side. It should look bad ass.
