you will NEVER find the best one...everyone will have a diferent opinion and results with set ups...me for example i am a basic bolt on LT1 with some suspension and i run mid 12's...on a 150 shot im running 11.8...with a 1.6 60'...but all cars dont act the same....start with bolt ons, then stalll and gears and see where that takes you and go from there....good luck
It will also take more money than the car is worth. Take my word, this is not my first rodeo.
IF your just looking to keep up with LS1's it wont be to hard to do, you need long tube headers (pacesetter makes a "good" cheap set), Y pipe, cold air intake of some kind, a catback system, and a small cam and tune. Although if your going to get a cam dont waist your time with a very small cam. I'd get a custom cam from LE or AI or a popular off the shelf cam for street cars is the Comp 503 and then with the stall you'll probably need a torque converter (aka stall), personally i run the comp 304 and it wasnt worth the money it costed to put in cause it was to small, but on the other hand if you go to big people say it will hurt your experiance with the car.
