Man, coming from me, being a step child, lol, I was a pain in the ass and absolutely hated my stepdad. Still not fond of him, but we get along better now after 15 years. Yeah, but I've always noticed that even if I take a ridiculously long hiatus from exercising, my muscles tend to recover a good 80% of my max strength pretty quickly in about a week or two, so I quickly feel much better about what I used to be able to do vs. the current max.Quote:
