Same here...all over the place...training one day at 8 am has me up at anywhere between 4 and 6... But yet, my reg wrjnshift is noon to 8pm... But on weekends the days are more normal...except when i spend all day out in the heat and sun.... Then ibpass out when i get home and eat then wake at 3am....Quote:
