I think you are jumping at conclusions here, I would assume that anything goes bump and a DOD guy goes for cover/concealment while simultaneously drawing.

Going back in this thread. I just wanted to point out. I'm not too young. You have to be 21 to purchase a handgun in missouri. But at that point the original buyer can write out a "Bill of sale" gifting it to someone younger. Hence legal age in Missouri to conceal is now 19Quote:

Go to any small family owned gun store here who knows the laws. (Not big chain bass pro or Cabellas) they will tell you the law. You can legally gift a firearm in missouri. If you couldn't then the age of concealment wouldn't be 19
