Found pieces of old pilot stuck to face of trans. After @Catmaigne said the input looks funny, I ripped the roller bearing out I just put in and put in a bronze bushing, hoping that will get me by until winter when I can hopefully afford a tick rebuild. Aluminum lcas and founders rod/rod panhard in, gf was helping and saw how bad the brakes are, so she got me new pads/rotors out of her ocean city fund for my birthday.

You could sell the T56 and swap in a @Cahall Pro Race 60e for about the same money. :)
