4. Then when asked for a refund they get all pissy and start saying what they will and wont do. Which resulted in me cussing them for taking my wife for a ride.
5. Just complete shit for customer service. When i ask for a supervisor dont argue with me about it just get me a supervisor.
6. If you release a laptop with a preinstalled buggy bios then instead of ignoring the problem you should create a way to downgrade the bios instead of ripping off the customer for $700 + the $234 that you charged while lying and bullshitting.
7. Luckily since my warranty is apparently marked as void i pulled the hd and got my files off and everytime i look at it im so tempted not to smash it on the kitchen floor.
