Same PCM, just flash it. The new cable works great on my laptop. Need a free day to run it back up to you, maybe i'll come up to a cars and coffee or something.

No rush... no pressure on the computer...
Just concerned that the more you flash a pcm, the more chance of frying it.
For my camaro.. I have an OBD2 computer with a tune that passes inspection with crappy drive ability, and no SES light... but I have the OBD1 computer for the other 364 days of the year. lol
Any updates man, or have u been focused on the other project?

My current project is the house and myself...I need to make some major repairs to the house and I'm working on me physically. Down just under 30# since mid-June. Lauren and I are kinda addicted to the gym now.
Haven't even started on the other project but I did get the hotter plugs and stock tstat swapped out for the emmisions tune. It's idling around 16.5 to 17/1 AFR so hopefully it will pass. Gonna try to run it through again on Monday. I will have to pull the front end apart again here soon and swap out control arms due to an issue with the new bushings before an alignment. I miss driving it and I think I'm just gonna make it a clean cruiser. It still needs gears, cam hates the 2.73's. 750rpm in 6th at 65 is rough. I'm just doing 4.10's and a girdle.
Well good luck on monday and damn man... im proud of u losing weight. Start posting up in the fitness thread man. 30 pounds in 3 months is awesome!!!!

I've fallen way back on this project. The car still runs and drives, however it has a new hesitation around 2000rpm. I think I know the root cause...lean tune, old gas and low gears. I'm gonna pick up some octane boost to help it out since it has a full tank of gas then run it through inspection. Then I can get back to the safe tune and TR55's.
I picked up a 3.42 rear off of Marc (95Blackbird) and started gathering parts to strengthen it a bit for life behind a T56. I know it's a pipe dream to think it will remotely stand a chance.
I picked up a set of GTO spares for front runners last night...before anyone says it. I'm going to a M&H radial so it's rated for the speed and street. Also, everyone uses 1.5" adapters to put the wheels out a bit. I found a set that adapts the stock pattern of 4.75/120.65x5 to 120X5. Plan is to get a set of 275 DR's to mount on the WS6's 17's and paint them gloss black to match.
I have a problem with my drivers side light, it's very dim. It's like that on low and high so thinking it may be a bad/weak ground.
I also have one more thing on the way now...and I can say it's literally the most expensive thing I've ever bought for a car. I'll have so pic once it's here.
Its about time you start working on your own car instead of everyone elses (mine included. And my garage door)
Less than 2 months till dyno day!!!
