UPDATE:
Well I am currently still not qualified on my side arm fortunately, so I am able to continue to ride a desk for now...
As soon as the chief can get me qualified on the hand gun I will be ordered back to work full duty in uniform...
I will obviously need to use my leave time continuously then and it will only last me about 6 weeks, which prob wont be enough time for the court litigation to have happened so we could challenge the quack dr.....
With that being said, once I run out of leave time it will be stressed to me again, to report for duty... at that point I either suit up and go out as a gimp and risk my health and life as well as anyone who may need my help, or I say I can not based on my treating physician... at that point the chief will begin the process to terminate me...... Yup, that's what I mean to them... TRASH.
And to top it all off, I wont be able to collect unemployment because my reason for termination will be that I disobeyed an order... neglect of duty, etc...
So I will be money less... and job less, with no health insurance... but... HERE IS THE KICKER, the workmans comp company will still be taking care of my procedures and medications because it was a work related injury, yet... they tell me there is nothing wrong with me...
In the end, WE (miss popo and I) will scrape by, just to finally get to the litigation and assuming the judge or arbitrator finds my 7 treating medical professionals more reliable than the insurance companies quack, they will reverse everything, and I will get all my leave time back, my back pay and either be given my job back or start the negotiations into my retirement.....
Im so disgusted over all of this, I can literally feel my face being DEAD... I cant even come up with expressions..... that's it... that's my update.
AND IF ANYONE REPORTING TO OR FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT IS READING THIS ...I HOPE KARMA FUKS YOUR SHIT UP!
I am new to this forum, and have been keeping an eye on this thread. I know you don't know me but I would just like to say that from what I have seen here, you come across like a really nice person. I shows that you care a lot about this site, and your friends and family in this community. For what its worth I really hope things work out for you, and Im proud of you for standing your ground and doing the right thing.
