i really think i have an issue. i wake up all thru the night...and instead of goin back to sleep i grab my phone and need to go on line.
im sooo sleep deprived today...
was up till 3 am...bed ...then awake at 600 to 7....dozed.... up at 8 till 9...dozed..... up at 945 till now.... ugh... lol.

Update on the E- Cig. I'm still on the same pack of realz that I had open when I bought the E-Cig. I tried the E-cig in the morning, but it doesn't spark my day! I smoke a reg when I wake up and if things get to stressful, but other than that is E-cig!
