Are you mocking me? I never said anything of the sort... ever.

He hates the fact that 75% of violent gun crimes are by under 21 blacks with stolen guns

I will def agree that there is a very obvious shortcoming in the lack of background check for P2P sales in state. If he could make something that anyone could access without a fee (IE make NICS availabel to genpop) I don't think anyone would mind.
That and actually fucking enforce with maximal strength straw purchase penalties.
The bs with the doctors and basically making hippa useless is what's messed up. Basically if you piss your doctor off they can refer you to the fbi bad list

Guns kills as many as car accidents because deaths from car accidents are down
Google and YouTube are sensoring hickok45 on YouTube, shut down.
Obama is a lying, true psychopath.
He is so dilisuional he doesn't even know he is just selling more guns.
. I want to know where all these internet sites I can just buy guns with no background check is.
The background check for any gun transfer is just a form of registration, they know who has what. NICS is the registry.
NICS is used to find out where the San Bernardino shooter weapons came from. It's used to track weapons period. How do you think they find out where weapons come from? Technically you need a warrant to use NICS, but the data is there.
It's only used to track legal guns, doesn't track illegal guns. Tin foil hat that idea.
If Barry was serious about gun crime he could enforce laws on the books(he isn't), for example gangsters walk in and out of prison after weapons convictions. Democrat shit holes are the leading cause of gun crime. Take those numbers out of the "statistics" and there is no gun problem.
Instead he purposely makes it a mess for legal innocent gun owners.
Uh, last I checked NICS does not ask for SN of firearms and does not retain info for more than 24hrs.
. Per Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 25.9(b)(1), (2), and (3), the NICS Section must destroy all identifying information on allowed transactions prior to the start of the next NICS operational day.
https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ni...ion/fact-sheet
All it does is say you are a person deemed worthy to purchase a firearm. The FFL will record the SN and data on you.
Right so no NICS check no recorded data.
I did say the actual system records it, wich if you trust the government, it doesn't, hence the tinfoil hat response.
If you are stupid enough to believe there is no record keeping of who has bought what then keep on keeping on lol.
Enforcing the nics enforces ffl record keeping.
It's like saying you haven't paid any taxes in 5 years while pumping gas, smoking a cigarette. (Both heavily taxed).
No, I was just saying NICS itself is not given SN or data on what you are hoping to purchase. So on paper it can't be used to track down guns to owners. It is merely a go/no go on gun sale.
FFL paperwork can track all this, and thats the price we pay.
I think we are saying the same thing?
Here you go. Check 2013. Gun kills are on the decline since 2013.

Le sigh.
Are you not in college?
Proving a point via wikipedia will get you no where in life brah.
Well, if I cited the government, mista ss rrr would cry fowl. But just for giggles, here you go:

I'm honestly surprised with the amount of idiots that drive today, the number isn't even higher

Just picked up this little guy on lunch yesterday went to shoot it after work and the guys at the range talked me into doing a match in two weeks. Just another hobby I dont need to spend money on
Technically, anyone can BUY a gun online. The gun is shipped to that persons FFL where the dealer then goes through the process of verifying if that person can RECEIVE the gun.
The only "records" of who bought what are in the dealers bound book that sits in their store. The NICS system only records an individuals id number, date of transaction, and what type of gun is being transferred (pistol, rifle, revolver).
The only time the government is going to know exactly what you are buying is when the weapon is found and the serial number ran which begins tracking it from manufacturer, to distribution center, to wholesale, to dealer, to purchaser.
The online mess he so eloquently paralleled to grocery shopping are places like armslist etc where you can find a gun you like in your state and have a meet up. Nothing different than old fashioned word of mouth sales but now its scary cause its efficient
... have been in place since 1968:

Technically anyone can buy a nuke or a country or a person online,
Im well aware of the laws and how to purchase guns legally.
POINT is is that BARRY and other gun grabbers make is sound like shopping for a gun is just like amazon. News anchors celebrity's and morning shows all say it.
POINT is barry is insane and has no interest in protecting people and only grabbing guns. And fake crying on TV makes him a nutjob.
Well, how do you suppose he can convince people who honestly do not know better to follow along?
If anyone is bored, watch the Rand Paul and The View episode. Whoopie Goldberg actually believes that anyone can go buy a full automatic firearm.
Its like levels of stupidity you really want to think they are trying to be rather than just are
Yeah i like rand you could read his face and i laughed, then the audience applauded the crazy ramblings of whoopie.
Its not just stupidity. Its an ideology, A very dangerous one.
Tinfoil hat, Hitler cried delivering speeches too. What was it like 10 percent of Germans were Nazis? blindly following an ideology.
Interesting deal if you like 92S pistols

Those look like the older models if I'm not mistaken. Love my 96. Bought it used 10 years ago or more and have yet to experience any jam, FTE or FTF's.
Bought my original duty weapon from the pd when we upgraded. 200 bucks. It was the Beretta 96, .40cal

Soooo, my wife is getting her foid card and has never shot a gun. She is going to sign up for clases and and eventually go for concealed carry. Been looking around for a good all around gun for her that is easy to conceal and easy of operation and at a decent price.
What I have come up with and leaning heavily twords is the Glock 19 gen 4.
Do any of you have one and if so, what are your likes and dislikes about it? For her, she has medium sized hands. Again, she has never even shot a gun. But she felt it was time to be able to protect herself and with all that is going on in the world right now, I feel I have to stand behind her and let her do this.
U cant go wrong with a glock man. My fav handgun of all of mine is my 17. But she needs to hold it and shoot it. Ang's hands were still not big enough for the size of the sub compact glock and she didnt feel comfortable. Also,I will not let her carry concealed in her purse. Its either on her person or at home. Purses get left behind... or stolen... or just 2 much other clutter in there. So the .32 Beretta TomCat was perfect. Currently I car it off duty in a pocket or on my ankle and its like its not even there.

Put a few rounds threw my m&p 40 today, gun feels great, very balanced. I gotta get used to the hinged trigger, @firebird_1995 apex tactical trigger already on my mind lol.
Gf put a few threw it too, little big for her hands. She wants to try a s&w .380 bodyguard, might go to the range tomorrow night
