Muffler slammed the ground today and it didn't even dent. Not bad! I'm happy I put that hanger on. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...387be45ce7.jpg
My friends, it's an 80s moped. Drove an hour each way for it. Had to have the windows down because it leaked all its 2 stroke gasoline out. I still reek of it.
So if you wanted to get a s
80s moped, it'll fit in your fbody
This is my road map to depreciation, basically just an estimate. I used carmax for the prices on used 5th gens and all cars with less than 10K miles. I wanted to use low mile cars because if I compare a 10K mile 2014 to a 60K mile 2012, of course the numbers would be skewed. So I stuck with super low mile cars.
Vehicle 5th gen ZL1 % Loss Since New Yearly Depreciation New $59,000.00 NA NA 2015 $46,988.00 20.36% 20.36% 2014 $43,995.00 25.43% 5.07% 2013 $38,998.00 33.90% 8.47% 2012 $36,889.00 37.48% 3.57%
Using the data based upon the 2012-2015 Camaro ZL1s, we can estimate the value on 6th generation ZL1 cars .
Vehicle 6th gen ZL1 Est. % Loss Since New Est. Yearly Depreciation New $62,000.00 NA NA 1 Yr value $49,377.22 20.36% 20.36% 2 Yr Value $46,232.03 25.43% 5.07% 3 Yr Value $40,980.95 33.90% 8.47% 4 Yr Value $38,764.71 37.48% 3.57%
Some Nay sayers, will say, nay. The 5th gen was an old model, you can't compare the two cars. The 6th gen is all new and they made such massive improvements, less weight meant more performance. Have you seen the interior, that new 10 speed laps the rings in under 8 minutes. Plus once the new ZL1 gets in owners driveways, the 5th gen model curve will look nothing like this. Well lets take a look at 5th gen SS cars versus their 6th Gen SS counter parts, cars that have been out for over 6 months now and are following the same curve. The 6 mo 6th gen was a car posted on the forums, right now dealers are rebating hard so the markets a bit goofy.
Vehicle 5th gen SS Est. % Loss Since New Est. Yearly Depreciation New $ 40,000.00 NA NA 2015 $ 27,998.00 30.01% 30.01% 2014 $ 26,998.00 32.51% 2.50% 2013 $ 24,998.00 37.51% 5.00%
Vehicle 6th gen 2SS % Loss Since New Yearly Depreciation 2016 $46,000.00 NA NA 6 MO. $32,500.00 29.35% 29.35% 1 Yr value $32,197.70 30.01% 0.66% 2 Yr Value $31,047.70 32.51% 2.50% 3 Yr Value $28,747.70 37.51% 5.00%
Does this mean u want a newer camaro??? Lol. Or just information?
