It was from campus police, they are a legit police department at Oakland University. I got an unsafe start ticket after I popped the clutch and ran a yellow because it was stalling.
Officer was very respectful to and I was back. He asked me how long I've had the car. Told him going on three years.
Asked how I've never gotten a ticket in it yet after I told him I've never gotten one lol.

I'd fight it.
Legal basis- if the officer can't spell acceleration properly when completing legal citations for violations of law, how can I believe that he is reasonably able to determine safe operation of a vehicle.
(I'm kidding if course)
