WHAT??? sounds like a line of shit. You take your registration card, and the pcm, and VOILA... stock tune for your vin.

Why cant you just flash it in the car like normal?
I don't have a tuner and it's tuned for a 396.. I'd rather not risk running that in the car for any duration.
Hell just send someone the pcm or hit larry up for the sites computer. He's got one he loans out for stuff like this
