However the "move over" campaign is the opposite... its about moving over for police...tow truck operators etc, so we dont keep getting run over.

Even if you are doing exactly the speed limit, NJ law is maintaining flow of traffic, so you cannot sit in the far left lane. No matter how proud your dumb PA ass is.
But yea, I make it a point to move over for cops etc on the far right, always blows my mind when people zoom past em. If not for safety, just for the fact that that cop may just come after you. (which happens if there are two cop cars pulled over more often than not)
