It was sad that the 14 year olds that totaled my car had more rights than I did. It took my brother and I visiting the courthouse several times every week. We had to hunt down the detectives, the court clerks, and prosecutors for us to finally get the reports. We were able to see the raw report and the official ones. We got really lucky that the kids were so stupid and the detectives really helped us out.
