Yea it sucks, not gonna really fret over it though. It is what it is. Either find a 4.3 thats the correct one but most likely swap it with a ltx. Wife gave the blessing

I got the Camaro certified to Sportsman 25.1F 6.00 Second ET or slower in the 1/4 mile.

I would have gone with the Pro Class 7.49 Second ET or quicker in the 1/4 mile, but that tag is only good for one year while the Sportsman tag is good for 3 years.
